1. Introduction

Welcome to TerraFina Store (terrafinastore.com), a B2B platform operated by Ceramirupe Cerâmicas Lda. These terms and conditions govern the use of our platform and the sale of TerraFina Stoneware branded products.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the website terrafinastore.com
  • "Company" refers to Ceramirupe Cerâmicas Lda.
  • "Customer" refers to any company that registers and uses the platform
  • "Products" refers to TerraFina Stoneware items available for sale

3. Platform Registration

Access to the B2B platform is exclusive to companies duly registered and approved by Ceramirupe Cerâmicas Lda.

  • Registration requires valid commercial documentation
  • All information provided must be true and up to date
  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request

4. Orders and Prices

All prices shown on the platform:

  • Are expressed in euros
  • Do not include VAT for all countries except Portugal
  • Are subject to change without prior notice

5. Payment Terms

Payment after online order placement and validation by our commercial service

The payment method is bank transfer, with the IBAN sent to the customer.

After receipt of payment, the order will be processed

The payment deadline after order receipt is 5 days, if there is any situation previously communicated to commercial services.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates
  • Transport risk transfers to the customer at the time of dispatch
  • Claims for transport damage must be made at the time of goods receipt and with photographic evidence.

7. Returns and Claims

  • Returns are not accepted without approval from our commercial services

The processing of personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ceramirupe Cerâmicas Lda. will not be liable for:

  • Temporary interruptions in platform operation
  • Indirect damages or loss of profits
  • Technical problems beyond our control

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect after publication on the platform.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
